SHIPPING TIME
We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If items are "in-stock" they are generally delivered within 5-10 business days from your purchase date.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We will only replace items that are damaged.
Please read ingredients carefully! Know your allergies! Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hr. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use! Please email us with concerns.
If you find yourself unhappy with a product, please contact us at hello@desertsupreme.com and we will do our best to work it out. We will offer store credit (of the product cost) towards another purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We at Desert Supreme work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
ORDER ISSUES
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@desertsupreme.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Our current office hours are 9am-5pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.
